For each product on our website, a delivery time is indicated. When a product is listed as in stock, we typically send the order to you within 1 to 2 business days. For products coming from our warehouse, the delivery time is slightly longer, and this is clearly indicated on the product page. If you've ordered a product on pre-order, the release date shown on the product page is the date we expect the product to arrive at our store. If you've just placed an order and wish to cancel it, it's advisable to get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can attempt to intercept your order. This is because we may not always be able to return items we've pre-ordered from our wholesaler.
